Welcome to the City of Malabon.
I have spent parts of my childhood and adulthood both living and working in Malabon. This city is more to me than just the birthplace of the widely-known Filipino dish, Pancit Malabon. It is also home to an up and coming residential and industrial community in Metro Manila. With a vastly growing population, the Philippines’ own “local Venice,” continues to be a site of significant progress and development.
Feel free to visit here as often as possible to be updated on my work in the House of Representatives and in the City of Malabon. I hope that this website is used as a dialogue between us, to exchange ideas and debate on our city and country’s most pressing issues.
I am proud to be the elected representative of this fine city. If you live outside the area, it is my hope that you visit our city sometime soon.
And if you are a resident of Malabon City, welcome to your new home on the world wide web.
Cong. Jaye Lacson-Noel
Lone District, Malabon City
To provide and sustain a true representation that will cater to the aspirations of the people of Malabon.
To provide enabling laws that will address concerns on flood control and better preparedness in the actions that will help deal with the effects of other calamities.
To provide for programs and funding of a more comprehensive health service for all the people of Malabon, especially for its poor and elderly citizens.
To expand, strengthen and encourage the cooperatives and livelihood programs that contribute to the uplifting of the quality of life of the people of Malabon.
To deliver a more detailed and educated program to help improve the understanding of all people the effects of irresponsible actions that lead to devastating climate-change, a program to bring the “Green Revolution” to the homes of Malabon.
Congresswoman Jaye Lacson-Noel envisions a Malabon of the 21st century. Her goals are anchored on a vision of a city that is environment friendly and “green,” self–sustaining, peaceful and does not lose her stature as being one of the country’s foremost cities of culture, industry, and viability.
She sees a Malabon that is caring, respectful of its elders, dutiful of its laws and highly progressive.
She sees a Malabon that will lead the country in the establishment of a proud citizenry, “Kaya Natin Ito, Malabon!”
